showroomops.com describes ShowroomOps' services for furniture retailers. Using the site means you accept these terms. Client engagements are governed by their own written agreements, which control over anything on this site.

No guarantees from website content

Results described on this site — including case study figures — are historical observations from specific implementations, reported as assisted or matched revenue with stated caveats. They are not promises of future performance for any business. Our only formal guarantee is the written 90-day launch guarantee included in engagement agreements.

Intellectual property

Site content, the ShowroomOps name, and the system's design are owned by ShowroomOps. You may quote reasonable excerpts with attribution; republishing pages wholesale is not permitted.

Teardown requests

Submitting a teardown request doesn't create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. Findings we send are provided in good faith, for your use, without warranty. We may decline requests that aren't a fit.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShowroomOps is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability relating to client engagements is addressed in the engagement agreement.
