What we collect
When you submit a form on this site (teardown request or contact), we collect what you provide: name, work email, company, website, approximate revenue range, ecommerce platform, and the problem you describe. We also collect standard technical information — pages visited, referring source, browser type — through privacy-respecting analytics.
How we use it
To respond to your request, prepare your teardown, and evaluate fit for an engagement. We do not sell your information, share it with data brokers, or add you to a marketing list because you asked a question. If we ever start a newsletter, joining it will be a separate, explicit choice.
Client engagement data
Implementations involve catalog, policy, order, and conversation data from client stores. That data is used solely to build and operate the client's concierge system, is covered by the engagement agreement, and is never used to benefit another client or shared across accounts.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only the cookies needed for basic functionality and aggregate analytics. We don't run third-party advertising trackers on showroomops.com.
Retention and your rights
We keep inquiry data as long as a business relationship is live or reasonably possible, and delete it on request. To access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, email hello@showroomops.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.
